She is Takashi's mother-in-law. A former very popular gravure idol in Japan, retired from show business after having a baby with a photographer at the height of his popularity. Then she remarried to the father of Takashi. She is now such a gentle and very good mother that she thinks her past was a lie. In the past, however, she seemed to sleep with many different people in the industry. Takashi's father seems to be a workman and has a touch of sexlessness, and she seems to be suffering from a lot of sexual desire.
